Who Should Write for the Lake Union Herald?
The Lake Union Herald editors accept submissions for the following sections of the magazine:
Everything that is submitted should "tell the stories of God at work in His people in order to encourage, inspire, educate, advance, and unify the church in the Lake Union Conference."
Features
The Lake Union Herald editorial staff selects themes for each issue a year in advance, in consultation with the Lake Union president. Themes are listed on the Editorial Schedule. Features should coincide with the theme. Feature stories are written in a warmer style than news stories and usually deal with ideas and concepts. Please submit feature articles by the deadline on the Editorial Schedule, so the editorial staff has time to review submission.

Telling God's Stories
Two pages of each Lake Union Herald are dedicated to sharing stories about our readers see Jesus working in their lives or in the lives of others. Sometimes these are stories of new members who discovered the joy of Jesus. Other times, they are experiences of God's intervention in the lives of His children. Please send us your most inspiring stories. We'd like to see at least one story from each conference in each issue. Share:
